Dr. Balderman views her patients as neighbors and is passionate about giving you the best care modern technology can offer. She is known for providing less invasive, less costly, and higher quality treatment plans.

After receiving her doctorate degree from University of Buffalo and completing her residency at The Ohio State University, Dr. Balderman returned home to Buffalo to practice. She lives in North Buffalo with her husband and two daughters, and feels privileged to be able to provide quality dental care to the WNY community.

Dr. Rog is passionate about treating her patients comprehensively and enjoys making connections with and building rapport with her patients during the treatment process.

Before moving to Buffalo, she worked in Seattle, Washington primarily in private practice, but also held a faculty position at Swedish’s Oral Surgery Clinic, where she enjoyed teaching dental residents and serving the low-income and under-insured community.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Rog enjoys triathlon, skiing, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two golden retrievers.
